Christmas Parades Throughout the Bay of Islands

It’s almost that time of year again! Here is a look at Christmas parades happening in communities around the Bay of Islands.
-CORNER BROOK-
Kinsmen Club of Corner Brook will hold its fourth annual parade on December 5, 2015.
This year’s theme is “A Fairytale Christmas”.

–MOUNT MORIAH-
The Mount Moriah Christmas Parade will take place on December 24 starting at 6:30pm.
-MASSEY DRIVE-
The Massey Drive Christmas Parade takes place December 6 at 1:00pm.
To enter a float, call the town office at 634-2742.
-TOWN OF HUMBER ARM SOUTH-
Parade will be held on December 13 at 2:00pm.
The parade will begin at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church ad proceed to Parson’s Convenience.
Floats must gather at the church by 1:30pm.
To register a float call Serena Greene at 789-2328, or the town office at 789-2981.
-LARK HARBOUR/LARK HARBOUR-
Both towns will hold their Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 12.
The parade begins at 11:00am from the bus turnaround in York Harbour and proceeds to Lark Harbour, then goes back to the town hall in Lark Harbour for a meet and greet with Santa.

-HUGHES BROOK/SUMMERSIDE/IRISHTOWN-
The H.I.S. Volunteer Fire Department will hold its parade on Friday, December 6. The parade will begin at 4:30pm at the Hughes Brook Town Hall and proceed to Christopher’s Cove. Floats must be lined up by 4:00pm.
