Corner Brook RNC Arrest Male for Threats

268 CB water towerThe Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Corner Brook Region has arrested and charged a 36 year old male following an investigation into comments he made to cause harm to others.

On Tuesday, July 28, 2015 the RNC received a report which alleged the accused stated he was going to cause harm to multiple people, all of whom were known to him. As a result of the investigation officers with RNC Patrol Services arrested the 36 year old male resident of Corner Brook without incident at his home on Wednesday, July 29, 2015.

The accused has been charged with uttering threats and failing to comply with court orders. He was held in custody overnight at the Corner Brook Detention Centre and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court later today.
