RNC CORNER BROOK 24 HOUR REPORT – SEPT 23

rncThe Royal Newfoundland Constabulary in Corner Brook received 32 calls for service for the 24 hour period ending on September 23, 2014 at 4 a.m.

 On September 22, 2014 at approximately 10:30 a.m. RNC Patrol Services responded to a complaint of mischief to property at a business on O’Connell Drive in the Curling area of Corner Brook. It was reported that sometime with the past two days, someone entered upon a commercial property and two windows were broken out of a vehicle parked on that property. Matter remains under investigation.

On September 22, 2014 at approximately 4:00 p.m. RNC Patrol Services responded to a single vehicle collision on the Lewin Parkway near the Hospital Hill rock cut. It was reported that a vehicle was driving on the Lewin Parkway when a rock fell from an embankment and collided into the vehicle. The vehicle sustained moderate damages and no injuries were reported.
