FIT FOR THE QUEEN – 4:30pm-6:30pm at Ferriss Hodgett Library
Saturday, March 21
RUMMAGE SALE – 10:00am-2:00pm at Memorial United Church in Curling
Used clothing and household items for sale at a very low reasonable price. Some bake goods for sale as well. Everyone welcome.
SPRING CRAFT FAIR – 11:00am-3:00pm at the Pepsi Centre
45 exhibitors with tastings and demonstrations of their craft showcasing at the Pepsi Centre, Main box Office Entrance. Great ideas for Mother’s Day and Easter too. Free craft corner for the Kids to make an Easter Craft. Admission $2, free for kids.
PUBLIC SESSION ON EARLY LITERACY – 3:00pm-4:00pm at the Corner Brook Public Library
Presented by Douglas Gough. Registration is required for this event, call 634-0013. This presentation is for parents only. Family presentations planned for the future.
FAMILY SWIM – 4:30pm-5:30pm at the Grenfell Campus pool
All are welcome. A GO Engagement event.
FUNDRAISER FOR WILLIAM HUSSEY – 6:30pm at the Mount Moriah Town Hall
18 year old William Hussey, a resident of Mount Moriah and Mustang enthusiast, was diagnosed with cancer on February 24. A fundraiser has been organized to help offset medical and travel costs associated with treatment in St. John’s. Please come out and support a great cause!
There will be a variety show, silent auction, and also a door prize available. Admission is a donation of one’s choice.
