Humber Valley Teen Arrested in Overnight Traffic Stop

At approximately 11:40 p.m last night RNC Patrol Services conducted a traffic safety stop with a vehicle on Confederation Drive. During the traffic stop, a passenger inside the vehicle, a 14 year old female from the Humber Valley region, was arrested and charged with breach of a court order for being outside her residence while bound by a court ordered curfew. As a result, she was charged with two counts of Breach of Recognizance. This female was subsequently charged with Theft under $5000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Breach of Recognizance stemming from an unrelated incident that occurred on March 10, 2015. The accused was released and turned over to a parent and will appear in Youth Court in May 2015.
