RNC Arrest Males for Commercial Break and Enter in Corner Brook

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Corner Brook Region has arrested and charged two male residents of Corner Brook in relation to a commercial break and enter in the downtown area of Corner Brook.
On Thursday, January 12, 2017 at approximately 5:37 a.m. while on general patrols in the Broadway area, members of RNC Patrol Services observed a male in a secure employee only area on the exterior of a commercial property.
As a result of the subsequent investigation, on Friday, January 13, 2017 at approximately 3:22 am an 18 year old male resident of Corner Brook was arrested and charged with one count each of break and enter with intent and breach of court order. The male was held in custody and appeared in Provincial Court.
As well, on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at approximately 8:10 pm a 20 year old male resident of Corner Brook was arrested and charged with one count each of break and enter with intent, possessing break-in equipment and breach of court order. The male was held in custody and appeared in Provincial Court.
